A word from the owner...

" No7 Barnby Street has been lucky flat indeed as it comes with many hidden advantages including the loft space, which is boarded and has served as a workspace for my partner and has plenty of other storage space and built-in wardrobes.
The security gates and entrance door to flats gives two extra levels of extra security plus being on what is the top floor, with a garage port for parking below, you can leave the windows open for a blast of fresh air when out shopping! There is little friendly community of neighbours and because there are 5 flats only in the block, with no one above me, and a guaranteed good night's sleep is assured. The views are pleasant overlooking Stratford Park where I play tennis. It is also safe to walk the streets at night as it has few pubs in the vicinity and there are always people around Stratford Broadway and the local convenient stores open late - handy if you run out of milk suddenly! Down the road is Stratford Broadway packed with great stores from Lidl's to a Chinese wholesaler, a market which sells fresh fruit every day and a range of pleasant coffee shops. Then walking through the Broadway there is Stratford underground about 10 minutes' walk from the flat, which means I can travel on the Central line and be in work at Holborn in less than half an hour. There are numerous other underground links including the DLR, Jubilee, and over ground, giving quick access to other parts of London including Greenwich. Adjacent to the station is the bridge with access to Westfield Shopping centre with every shop and eatery you could desire with flag ship stores such as M&S, Waitrose, and John Lewis. Behind Westfield is the newly opened Olympic Queen Elizabeth Park, which makes for a tranquil Sunday stroll. It is also served well by a very good local gp surgery nearby, again 10 - 15 minutes' walk and is excellent in terms of patient care. If you decide to buy, I hope you will be as happy, snug, and comfortable as I have been in the last 13 years I have lived here."
