Description
3 The Avenue is an exceptional example of a Victorian town house within walking distance of Cirencester Town centre. The property is accessed over a private driveway with parking for a number of cars and access to a large single garage.
On the ground floor, the accommodation revolves around a central hallway with downstairs cloakroom. There are three main reception rooms, two featuring fireplaces and bay windows and slightly smaller third room currently used as a TV snug. The property was extended on the ground floor to create a large kitchen/breakfast room with French doors on to the garden. Through the kitchen the extension continues in the form of back hall with large utility room and garage.
