"We bought this house, our first home, together in 2013 and have since got married and had two children. We have loved our time here - starting our family and watching it grow - but for personal reasons we are now relocating from London. We will be very sad to say goodbye to this wonderful home, and to the street and local area which have been so welcoming and now feel like an extended family. We have particularly loved being so close to St James's Park, Walthamstow Wetlands and the marshes. The surrounding area has a good choice of local schools, excellent public transport links and a sports centre which are all big plus points. We've also really enjoyed spending time at the increasing number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants that have opened locally over the past few years.
