"We have loved living in Essex Road, the flat has been a fantastic home for socialising, making the most of bbq's in the summer or enjoying the large kitchen dining space by having cosy dinner parties in winter with the logburner blazing. We both work from home regularly and appreciate the ability to maintain a seperate work and social space without feeling at all cramped. Friends with houses nearby are often jealous of the spacious rooms and hallways the flat benefits from.
The location is perfect to make the most of what Walthamstow and Leyton has to offer. Crossing the road you are in the Village for your Hucks coffee and array of pubs and restaurants, whereas on the Leyton side, Gravity Well Taproom and Francis Road are also in easy reach. We've really appreciated having the option to commute via the Central Line at Leytonstone or the Victoria line from Walthamstow.
