Detailed planning approval ref. 1902/20/ful was granted by West Devon Borough Council on 26th April 2022 for the erection of three new dwellings on Bedford Street. The planning approval requires a contribution of £1403.73 towards the Plymouth Sound and Estuaries European Marine Site. There are no cil liabilities associated with the planning approval.
