We have absolutely loved living here. You really have the best of both worlds; a vibrant local community encompassing brilliant shops, cafes and pubs nearby alongside a plethora of green space within walking distance (Stoneydown and St James' parks, The Wetlands and the marshes).

The flat is almost equidistant between St James overground station (which gets you to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes and connects you with all of the East) and Blackhorse Road which takes you to Oxford Circus in a similar time. Perfect for a work life balance. We've loved having Crate, Chequers and The Coppermill nearby. And spend a lot of our time at the marshes with our dogs- perfect for a walk to Hackney fields, Hackney Wick and the pubs of Clapton.

We love the fact that the flat is at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is incredibly peaceful and quiet. There is a real sense of community within this part of the road, we all know each other and there is always someone willing to help you out. We even won a "mini garden" for the end of the road during lockdown that has added some cheer. We will miss all of our neighbours and this great location when we move."
