"What attracted you to buy the property?"

Having East Croydon station nearby with excellent transport links was a key selling point for me - with a busy professional (and social!) schedule, I knew that minimising travel time was going to be a key focus of mine in selecting a property. Being able to travel into central London in just under 20 minutes was of great appeal.

While I originally bought the property off-plan, I was also impressed with the plans for the communal areas, which have a modern and high-end feel and include a well-presented outdoor communal garden space.

Having grown up in Croydon, I also knew from experience that there were excellent pubs nearby, as well as boxpark (now of TV fame!), and plenty of bars, restaurants and other places to spend time in the town centre.

"What have you enjoyed about living there?"

The apartment has been ideal as a young professional working in, and socialising around, central London.

The on-site gym has been a huge benefit, particularly when working from home. It has allowed me to fit in exercise around a busy work schedule where I might not otherwise have been able to do this.

The comfort cooling has been more beneficial than I could have imagined, particularly given the recent high temperatures during the summer months. We have been able to work from home and sleep at night without the heat having an impact, and count ourselves lucky for that!

I have also been very impressed by the Hyperoptic internet (only generally available in new builds) as well, which has made working from home seamless. The speeds are excellent and I have found the service far better than that of the usual incumbent service providers.
