Continue for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left, and keep right, following the signs to Raisebeck and Kelleth.

After approximately 1 mile, just after a group of buildings on the left hand side, the entrance gate to the land is on the right, as denoted by a "G" on the Sale Plan.

The precise location and extent are shown edged red on the Sale Plan, being the Land Registry Title Plan CU131573.

With reference to the Sale Plan, incorporated in these particulars, although the half of the bed of the River Lune, coextensive with the southerly boundary of the land, is owned, the fishing rights on the River Lune, as shown shaded blue on the Sale Plan, are in the ownership of Tebay Anglers.<br /><br /><b>Location</b><br />The land is located just east of Tebay, occupying a site adjacent to the public highway between Gaisgill and Kelleth.
