Situated in small pretty courtyard setting, the cottages have been tastefully refurbished, maintaining many features such as exposed stone walls and beams. They are comfortably furnished. Ratty's has a twin bedroom. The front door opens into the lounge with the kitchen at the back. The dining area is to the side of the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a shower room leading from the lounge and it is also en-suite to the bedroom. Ratty's also has the added benefit of a comfortable sofa bed that can be used for family or guests. This works very well with the shower room as you can gain access from either room. Pets permitted by arrangement. Ample parking. Patio area with seating. All cottages have Wi-Fi access. Communal Laundry room containing washing machine and tumble dryer (chargeable). Utilities are charge at an additional set fee. Available October until March only
