Located in the relatively new housing development in known as Victory Fields which is situated between Burford and Stow on the Wold just off the A361 and close to Bourton on the Water.

Although it is a new development it was built on an old RAF site and some of the historic buildings have been incorporated into the design. The site has been beautifully landscaped around the existing mature trees which gives it a more established feel than most new builds.
