St Leonards is a wonderful, friendly location where you can view the sea from the street, while shops, eateries and bars are around the corner. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, while frequent bus route; 1,1A and 49 can take you into Brighton centre.

When we went to buy this house, my wife said to me: "play it cool,
don't let them know you like it”. She did not take her own
advice, as soon as she saw the garden she
enthusiastically said: "we want it!”.

We have made a lot of changes to the house over the last few years to make it a perfect space for relaxing and entertaining. We love having friends and family over and everyone comments on how welcoming the layout of the house is. We have put a beautiful summer house at the end of the garden, which acts as an office and so keeps all that working from home out of the house! The location can’t be beaten. You can see the sea from the front door, we are walking distance to some great restaurants and bars, and the train to London or Brighton is a ten minute walk. It’s a really friendly street and this whole area has a lovely, community feel to it.
