"Our flat has made the ideal first home for us in Walthamstow. It is perfectly positioned between the high street, Walthamstow Village, Lloyd Park and Wood Street, and is still walkable from the new bars and restaurants of Blackhorse Road and St James Street. The next owners will be able to benefit from the exciting new theatre development that is literally at the end of the road, which is bound to attract even more investment to the area. Despite being so close to all of this, the road is not a thoroughfare and is therefore nice and quiet.
The flat has a unique layout, whereby the hallway, living room and kitchen are partially open-plan. This gives it a nice airy feel and has been great for entertaining friends and family. The master bedroom has a partial dividing wall; we are using the smaller space as an office, which one of us works from full-time. We are comfortably able to have both of us working from home at the same time as well. We have a great relationship with our downstairs neighbour, who we go for a drink with every couple of months (something that we hope to continue even after moving!). We'll miss the flat, but are very pleased that we won't be moving far away."
