House For Sale £750,000
George Hill, Robertsbridge, East Sussex TN32

Description
A deceptively spacious village house with period origins offering versatile accommodation and outbuilding conveniently located within walking distance of shops, amenities and mainline station.

Stable Cottage is an individual village house, presenting rendered and painted brick elevations housing diamond leaded light UPVC windows under pitched tiled and flat roofs with a traditional storm porch to the front. Dating from the mid 1800’s and reputedly a former ostler’s cottage, the building has been subsequently extended and today provides extremely flexible and deceptively spacious accommodation which could be configured in different ways to suit individual family needs.

Internally, the accommodation is arranged on two floors and much of the ground floor benefits from practical ceramic tiled flooring. There are good ceiling heights throughout, particularly in the older part of the building and generous sized windows taking advantage of high levels of natural light. Much of the accommodation affords lovely views over the gardens.

The gardens are thoughtfully arranged to incorporate well filled beds and borders filled with flowering shrubs and herbaceous plants along with an ornamental pond.
