"We moved in here as a couple and have thoroughly enjoyed the quick access to Walthamstow Village with all the shops and bars, just 10 mins walk. We have also loved how close we are to Leytonstone, Leyton / Francis Road, with even more bars, restaurants and shops. The area just keeps on getting better with new things opening up all the time, including the new Restaurant Bamboo-Mat, a Peruvian-Japanese Fusion restaurant by Leyton Midland overground that is a big hit in the area! There's also a brilliant new cafe opened up called Bromley's, which does a tasty posh brekkie and a great coffee. If you're on instagram there's some great accounts to follow to keep up with all the new things opening - @Leytonloves is a great one!
This house soon became a very happy family home, one we'll be sad to leave as it holds such lovely memories. Epping Forest is on the doorstep, which has allowed us to feel like we have great access to green space and nature, whilst still being in London. One of the best things about this area is that you're so well connected by transport links. There's a hub of buses at the bottom of the road and it's walking distance to Walthamstow tube for theVictoria line and overground, as well as Leyton Midland overground. Leyton and Leytonstone are close for the central line and it's not far to Stratford, with the Olympic Park and Westfield. We even have quick access to Clapton, all of which have also been socially great!"
