We are informed by the owner that there is electricity and water on site. Both services are connected at the bottom of the drive, near the road and then carried onto the main part of the land. The stopcock is at the end of the drive, right hand side. There is a tap on the main part of land and the water would need to be turned on from stopcock. The electric cable runs to the land, but no meter has been fitted.
