Nettleton Shrub, Nettleton, Chippenham SN14

Description
Description The plot as identified in the plan within our particulars, was granted consent under Reference 04/00479/ful by Wiltshire Council on the 8th April 2004. Foundations were laid in 2007 and inspected by Wiltshire Building Control and signed off under Refence 07/00741/bn on the 13th July 2007. Furthermore approval of reserved matters and Conditions 4 & 6 were discharged in respect of visibility splays and disposal of surface water and drainage on 14th January 2007. The Planning is therefore deemed to be extant. The foundations have now been uncovered.

The proposed dwelling is to be constructed in reconstructed stone in accordance with the plans provided and this permits the construction of a house with a Gross Internal Area c.2,200 sq.ft with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three reception rooms. We are informed internal changes do not constitute development for which planning permission is required and therefore a more modern internal layout should be feasible. All enquiries relating to potential changes to the approved plans should be made to Wiltshire Council Planning Department.

The boundaries of the plot are defined within our particulars and sales pack. Various trees and hedges will remain to provide privacy for nearby properties and the property itself.

A sales pack of available documents is available upon request.

Viewings strictly by appointment only.
