A word from the owners...

"We have lived on Warner Road for over eight years and have absolutely loved it. The flat is spacious with a large lounge and dining area in the kitchen where we enjoy entertaining friends. We also like to cosy up in the lounge with the wood burner in the winter.

We love the big garden, which has space for a lawn and a separate shaded dining area. We have benefitted from the previous owners’ planting and have established jasmine bushes and a damson tree. There is also a separate area in the garden for our daughter to play in and a large shed for storage.

We have loved living in the friendly community here which is within easy walking distance of the Wetlands, Walthamstow Marshes, Walthamstow village and Lloyd Park. We also regularly visit the many breweries on Blackhorse Lane, Truman Brewery being our favourite with a busy programme of events including flea markets and cinema screenings. We are excited by the new developments on the horizon in Walthamstow including Soho Theatre taking over the old Granada cinema later this year. The flat is close to many outstanding nurseries and primary schools. Our daughter loves the area and keeps busy by visiting the many parks and green spaces that we can easily walk to, St James Park being her favourite which also has a brilliant weekend forest school. We love it so much and will be staying in the area"
