"We have loved living in this flat for the last five years. Close to Lloyd Park but also the Town Hall and field for strolls. There’s a Better Leisure centre with a great pool under 10 mins walk and we are just 1km from an entrance to Walthamstow Wetlands. With the Victoria line at Walthamstow Central, the Overground at Wood St and buses / cycle paths galore getting outside Walthamstow is a breeze. It has everything we wanted from a 1 bed flat, space for a table in the kitchen, a window in the bathroom, a huge separate living room and even potential to extend into the loft for a second bedroom and bathroom. We’ve put a lot of love into the interior and repairs to the exterior. All new internal doors, new ceilings in the living room and bedroom, restoration of the original floorboards (plus insulation), re-plastering plus new guttering front and back to name a few bits. The area and neighbours are great and we would be devastated to leave if we weren’t just moving around the corner :)"
