A word from the owners.....

"The house is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central and St James St stations, as well as being a short walk from St. James Park, Walthamstow wetlands and the village. We love spending Friday evenings having a drink and meal in one of the many lovely restaurants in the village and checking out the food stalls at Lloyd park market on a Saturday.

We find the house has a very cosy and homely feel and have enjoyed spending the last few years decorating and improving various aspects, especially the garden which we love and have had many BBQs with friends in."
