The Vendor will pass all liability for the landfill to the Purchaser(s). The historic planning reference for the site is N83/62.

Section 106 Agreement & Aftercare Agreement
S.106 dated 30th November 1992 and condition 41 of Planning Permission 11/05726/var and condition 37 of Planning permission 11/0527/var. There is a five year aftercare agreement dated October 2015 which the Purchaser(s) will be required to take over. The Vendor will retain a right of access for the duration of the aftercare agreement to enable the Vendor to undertake their obligations for the leasehold land excluded from this sale.
