Our clients bought this home from new and would like to share their thoughts regarding the home.

Just some of the reasons this plot was chosen was because of the positioning of the plot. It enjoys a south facing aspect and a huge degree of privacy with the mature trees.

The ample parking meant that it was a comfort factor especially when visitors came.

As well as this, it was one of the few plots that came with a garage.

The lay out of the front bedroom gave them flexibility that should they wish to divide this could be done.

They feel that the area has a real caring feel and with the Community Centre near by that hosts many local events you can get involved as much or as little as you want.

The nursery school is within walking distance and Crowd Hill Copse offer delightful woodland walks.

Fair Oak is a large village to the east of Eastleigh in Hampshire, England. Together with the village of Horton Heath, which lies to the south, it is part of the civil parish of Fair Oak and Horton Heath.
