The flat may be small but it is light, bright and just moments away from town. I can walk to the train station and be on the ferry in half an hour or stroll down to the beach in less than five minutes. The shops and Old Village are also only a convenient walk up the road and the cliff path which takes you to Sandown is just around the corner. The flat has a relatively short lease with only sixty-eight years left to run on it but there is the option to extend it if anyone needed to or wanted to get a mortgage on the property. I shall miss this lovely flat but it is time to move on and let someone else enjoy it as much as I have.
