We are not overlooked at all and can fall asleep looking at the stars and wake to the magnificent view of trees that surround the area. As we turn into Autumn, we love harvesting the late crops of runner beans and courgettes for our dinner plates. In contrast to the quiet seclusion of our home we greatly appreciate being only a five-minute walk away from the local Railway Station at Sanderstead and hence to Central London and all its’ attractions; local shops in Elmfield Way and the best butcher around. Parking is never a problem; the neighbours are lovely and we feel part of a small community. It is however, time for a new custodian to take up the mantle of our happy home as we embark on our next adventure.
