1 bed Flat For Sale £250,000
Coronation Road, Southville, Bristol BS3

Description
"i've really loved living at 161 coronation road. I was instantly drawn to its history and character; the big sash windows and high ceilings make it feel light and spacious for a one bed flat and it's great having some outdoor space to call your own. I particularly appreciated this during lockdown. All the neighbours in the building are friendly and accommodating and the location was great for me when I was getting to know a new city. I love to wander down to Mark's Bread on North Street for a loaf and a coffee in the morning or to start my day at Bristol Pilates studio where there's a real sense of community.
Being able to go for an evening walk or run around the harbour or meeting friends for an evening beer to watch the sun go down at Baltic wharf steps still makes me feel like i'm on holiday, even though i've been here for years now. You're spoilt for choice for eating and drinking out in the neighborhood. Dinner at Sonny stores, brunch at Tin Can, drinks at The old Bookshop or Friendly Records or just a Dogtown hot dog at Whapping Wharf are some of my favourites.
I really appreciate being able to walk or cycle to Ashton Court or Leigh Woods so easily. I've felt so lucky to have green space and countryside so close by whilst being so close to the heart of the city. Now i've moved in with my partner across town I really miss the area and l know whoever lives here next will love it too."

Coronation Road is situated in Southville, next to the bridge which leads over the river into Wapping Wharf, an area which has fast become one of Bristol’s most iconic and desirable settings for living, eating and socialising. The area around Gaol Ferry Steps is now home to several stylish homes, trendy bars and boutique shops within both Cargo One and Cargo Two, which came as two phases of retail and restaurant space, largely occupied for local independent businesses. Southville itself has long been one of the most popular parts of Bristol to live in. North Street is very nearby and is home to a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Tobacco factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, The Spotted Cow as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and The Nordic Cafe. Crossing the river from Southville, you are just minutes from all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic.

Placed in one of the beautiful Georgian buildings that line Coronation Road, is this stunning one bedroom hall floor flat with a private front garden. Upon entry, you are met by a hallway that leads through to the front reception room with high ceilings with period cornicing that line the ceilings, wooden flooring that is a common feature throughout, as well as bespoke fit storage to either side of the chimney breast. To the rear of the flat, there is a large bedroom with alcoves that offer space to build storage, and a bathroom that runs off with a full size bath and a tiled surround and a combi boiler. At the end of the corridor, there is an L-shaped kitchen with solid wood work surfaces and a plentiful supply of storage space. The flat comes with the exclusive use of the front garden, which houses raised beds, alongside a patio and lawn.

This substantial one bedroom flat comes with no onward chain.
