The first floor is in need of further refurbishment and there is ample opportunity to put your own touch to it. The addition of a rear extension with Bi-fold doors is absolutely wonderful and everything flows into the garden which itself is set up for entertaining. As you will read below the area has a huge amount to offer as well. Cranford Park Primary School is a short walk away and local amenities include a Tesco Express and a parade of shops including a couple of Newsagents, hairdresser, tackle shop for the renowned `Carp fishing on private lakes, fish and chip shop and several fast food outlooks.

Area View:

Location is absolutely amazing. Set in a cul de sac this property has everything you could want within a short walk, literally everything. You can walk to a variety of schools including primary, private and secondary. You can walk to a supermarket, pubs and other shops and cafes. What I find really exciting though is that whilst you can walk to the normal local amenities with this property you can also walk, believe it or not, to an activity lake where you can sail and do various other water sports, you can walk to a nine hole public golf course and driving range, football pitches, cricket and hockey pitches as well. There is an enormous amount you can do as well as having lots of countryside walks on your doorstep.
