We wanted to get onto the property market in an area and property that offered us what we wanted. 2 sizeable bedrooms, parking with a garage, close to a town centre, local transport and retail shops close by.
Why we have enjoyed it? -
Along with everything it gave us as mentioned above, the 2 things we have valued the most have been quietness of the area/road but also the nice walks we have had on our doorstep.
What makes it special? -
Quiet, peaceful, green, great town with lots to visit and some great scenic adventures!

What can I say, I think the sellers have said everything I could ... But I echo everything they have said, its a quiet spot with the added bonus of being a short walk from town, so if you are looking for something thats close enough to town to enjoy a morning coffee or a bite to eat in the evening, Shaftesbury Court is perfectly positioned for you, not to mention it is serenely quiet at the end of cul-de-sac where its positioned.
