"We purchased our home in 2015 as first-time buyers and haven't regretted it for a moment. The house needed an update and we have taken the time to refurbish throughout the years. Every room has been updated including plastering, painting and new flooring. However, there is further potential. We fell in love with this house due to its size, location, large garden and the double driveway (a rarity in Harborne). It overlooks Harborne Golf Club at the front and is surrounded by trees at the back. The city centre is short journey away, with local bus routes close by. Next door is a lovely young family, but we don't hear a sound. My husband and I didn't expect to stay here for 7 years, but it was perfect for us and our lives. We adore this house and, if we could, would bring it with us. However, we are leaving it behind ready to be loved by another family to build memories in. We hope you love it as much as we do.
