We bought this house not knowing the area that well. We are so glad we did! Our kids learned to ride their bikes around the "triangle" just outside the front of the house. Whether it be running out of milk or being too tired to cook, the local shop with takeaways and pub frequently came to our rescue.
The house with its open plan kitchen and living area which opens up to the garden was perfect for us as we love to entertain and BBQ outside whenever we could. It's a great house in great location. Time for someone else to enjoy it!

I grew up on Heatherside and absolutely appreciate what the estate has to offer for a growing family. From the short walk to the local shops (and Wheatsheaf pub!), to some of the areas most popular schools all being within a short distance (all walkable back in my day!). There's lovely open green space nearby, in fact right next to this home, and you're only a ten minute drive from Camberley town centre and junctions 3 or 4 for the M3.

Area Comment:
Within Heatherside is a large playing green, with football pitches, a skate park and playing fields, plus plenty of walking routes, ideal for those with dogs. There is also a parade of shops with a local Sainsbury’s, Wheatsheaf Pub, Doctors surgery, dentist, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, and Takeaway restaurants including an Indian, Chinese, and Fish & Chips. Nearby popular schools such as Heather Ridge, Ravenscote and Tomlinscote are also all within walking distance. Heatherside also offers free off-road and on street parking set all around the development. Pine Ridge Golf Course is also walking distance and offers 18 holes plus a driving range and club house. This is ideal for those looking for commuter links to Camberley, Frimley and Lightwater, in addition to the M3 and the A30.
