Traditional Building
To the south of the land, close to the access and adjoining the eastern boundary of Whenby, is a single storey traditional stone building with a clay pantile roof. The building has not been used for some years, however internally is divided into loose boxes, stables and stores. The building total approximately 700 sq ft and could be repurposed for alternatives uses (subject to consents).
