Just in case you are not familiar with the area Coed Pella Road is off the main road going through Colwyn Bay (Conway Road) and Conwy Council have recently built their new headquarters on the corner. The road leads up a hill into a quiet sought after and desirable area, so driving time to the promenade and sea side is less than four or five minutes.
