The village . Is very peaceful, with excellent transport links. Nearby there are three main line railway stations plus a very frequent bus service. Moreover, there are superb cycle / walking trails on both sides of the estuary plus two very good village pubs serving excellent food. There is also a nearby Sainsburys supermarket with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in Exeter, Dawlish and Teignmouth . all of which are a short drive away.
