Flood History

Please note that this property is located within a Medium Risk flood zone. It was affected by the Boxing Day floods of 2015 and also by the less sever floods in 2020. However, since then major investments have been undertaken with improved flood alleviation measures for the area. There have been no further incidents since the Mytholmroyd works were completed.
