This Two Bedroom Bungalow Is In A Quiet Spot But Still Minutes From Sandhurst High Street
Seller's Comment...
I have really enjoyed living here for the last few years, it's such a quiet road and I have some wonderful neighbours. It's been so convenient having the High Street walking distance from the bungalow but also the Memorial Park being just around the corner as I have a puppy who demands a lot of walking! I will be sad to leave but I am moving to start my next chapter and moving to be closer to my family. I hope that the next person who moves in here will enjoy living here as much as I have.

There is no secret that bungalows are few are far between and especially ones like this that are just a few minutes walk to local amenities and open green spaces. The home offers a generous open living/dining space with the kitchen leading from that to the side. At the front you have one of the two entrances to this bungalow, with a separate WC next to a very recently refitted shower room. At the back you have two good size double bedrooms overlooking the private, low maintenance garden. It's rare to find a home that offers both driveway parking and a garage being this close to the High Street but this bungalow has both! This really could make the perfect home for someone looking to downsize or even a first time purchase. We can't wait to take you on a tour.

'No Wood' in St. Johns Road is position down the end of a quiet cul de sac and is surrounded by other bungalows either side. It is only 5 - 10 minutes away from the main Sandhurst High Street where you have a Tesco, Co-Op and a whole host of local businesses, independent shops and places to eat. Just the other size you have the Memorial Park which spans over 100 acres and has a fantastic children's play par, a skate park and some excellent walks. Just over a 5 minute drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores for that larger shop. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
