Longslow is a small hamlet on the edge of Market Drayton, a market town in north Shropshire, England, close to the Welsh and Staffordshire border and located along the River Tern, between Shrewsbury and Stoke-on-Trent. The Shropshire Union Canal and Regional Cycle Route 75 pass through the town whilst the A53 road by-passes the town providing access to links further afield. Market Drayton possesses a rich history with some traditions being continued today, such as the weekly Wednesday markets having being chartered by King Henry III in 1245. There are a number of pubs, restaurants and shops including three supermarkets within this market town, making amenities easily accessible. There are several schools in Market Drayton for all educational ages from Nursery to Sixth-Form making this an ideal location for families.

Directions

Leave Eccleshall on the Loggerheads Road and proceed through the villages of Persall, Sugnall and Croxton. After approximately ten minutes you will enter the village of Loggerheads and proceed to the mini roundabout before turning left onto the A53 Market Drayton Road. Proceed past the Newcastle Road turn on the left into Market Drayton and go straight over the roundabout about a mile later. After crossing the roundabout proceed for another half a mile before taking a right hand turn to Longslow. Follow the road round to the right and take a right at the junction where the plot can be found a short distance along on the left hand side.
