This home is available soon, so please get in touch to express your interest. You won't have to pay a deposit or agent's fees; just required to pay a week’s rent plus an additional weeks rent in advance when signing your lease. Future rent payments must be paid by direct debit
We will also do a financial assessment for you, in case we can help with any financial support. We will work with you to get your account 4 weeks in advance in a way to suit your income.
We receive a lot of enquiries so if you do not hear from us within 5 working days, the flat will have been let.
