The area is popular with first time buyers and families, there is a strong sense of community and a good choice of green spaces including Manor House Gardens, Manor Park and Mountsfield Park which are home to Hither Green Festival, Lewisham People’s Day and other local festivals and events.

Blackheath Village is also close by, a bustling London village well-known for its heath which is an oasis of nature and wildlife. The village itself is brimming with a superb choice of independent shops, boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, some of our favourites include Boulangerie Jade, Hortus and Pizza Bianco.
