1 bed Flat For Sale £285,000
Coronation Road, Southville, Bristol BS3

Description
"Living so close to the harbourside and Wapping Wharf is amazing! I’m obsessed with the bowls from Jigaraki and the cakes at Mokoko bakery. My only complaint is that being so close we can’t justify Deliveroo! Starting the morning with a run around the harbour before the crowds arrive is a pretty special way to start the day.

After the hustle and bustle of the harbourside, it's wonderful to retreat back to our garden oasis. There is a bay tree, rosemary and mint to add to our cooking too. The garden is south facing so it gets the sun all day and floods the kitchen extension with light. It may be a one bedroom but the rooms are huge so the space can be utilised in whatever way you need.

We are sad to be saying goodbye to the wonderful life this flat has given us but it’s time to get some more space for the toys!"

Coronation Road is situated in Southville, directly opposite the footbridges which lead over the river into Wapping Wharf, an area which has fast become one of Bristol’s most iconic and desirable settings for living, eating and socialising. The area around Gaol Ferry Steps is now home to several stylish homes, trendy bars and boutique shops within both Cargo One and Cargo Two, which came as two phases of retail and restaurant space, largely occupied for local independent businesses. Southville itself has long been one of the most popular parts of Bristol to live in. North Street is very nearby and is home to a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Tobacco factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, The Spotted Cow as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and The Nordic Cafe. Crossing the river from Southville, you are just minutes from all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic.

Nestled away on the basement level, you will find this lovely spacious one-bedroom garden flat. Upon entrance you are greeted by the hallway, finished with stripped wooden floorboards and where you will find the newly refurbished bathroom straight ahead. The bathroom provides a real warmth with its tone of paint known as 'Sulking Room Pink' and is superbly finished with white metro tiling to contrast. To the right, from the hallway, you will find a fantastic open living space perfect for socialising and spending the majority of your time. From the living room you have direct access to the bedroom which benefits from the bay frontage adding to the already generous space. At the rear of the home, you will find the kitchen finished with lovely wooden worktops which contrasts nicely with the dark grey kitchen cabinets. The kitchen benefits from a Velux window providing ample light and from here you can look out into the garden which is the real selling point. Private, south-facing and a lovely size, it’s the perfect space to socialise and spend those summer evenings with friends and family.
