We have loved living in the Bagel Factory! The flat is so cosy and the location and amenities are amazing. It’s so handy to have the gym and to also have the concierge accept our parcels when we’re out.
The flat is so close to Victoria park which is across the road and lovely for a walk and a Sunday lunch - with the addition of the Olympic Park is the opposite way near the canal. There are a variety of restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the flat; you’re truly spoilt location wise. It’s really easy to get around into central London with Hackney Wick station just a 3 minute walk away.
The flat is so warm and cosy and the Sonos in the roof is a lovely addition. Double glazing means it’s really quiet and you can’t hear any cars or trains. The balcony is so sunny and our neighbours were always jealous of us sunbathing! (The balcony is one of the only south/west facing balconies in the development). We’ve truly loved living here.

Wow! What a development this is! Yes of course the apartment is absolutely stunning, with its contemporary finish, superb layout and size, underfloor heating, integrated Sonos sound system, air purifier system, I can go on!...but it's also the onsite amenities that set it apart, with the Concierge, onsite gym and incredible roof terraces with far reaching views over London! Within just a few seconds walk there is incredible day and night life with numerous local restaurants and bars and brewery's, as well as local shops and supermarkets. Hackney Wick station can be reached in a little over two minutes walk giving quick access to anywhere in London! My advice; just come and have a look!

Tower Hamlets covers much of the East End of London, located on the north bank of the River Thames and is also home to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park which is within a short walk of the property. A diverse and lively community provides a wonderful place to live, while having all of the local amenities one would expect and need.
