*** Vendors comments *** "I have lived, at this property very happily since I got married, along with my children who are all grown up and have flown the nest. After 32 years of living at the property, it will be with a sad heart that I will be leaving, as it has been a great joy to live in. I have so many fond memories which I will cherish forever.
The property is ideally located close to local shops, banks, schools, and amenities. The transport links to Central London are excellent and consist of both buses and trains, making it possible to travel within 30 minutes to the city.
Access to Central Croydon is just a short ride away. This is where I go to do the majority of my shopping with two large shopping centres there. From East Croydon, it’s a quick train journey to Gatwick airport and Brighton, if you fancy going to the beach for the day or a weekend break.
I will mostly miss the local people in the area and the sense of community. I have enjoyed living here and wish the person who rents this property enjoys it as we did and creates new memories in this fantastic property".
