But a stones-throw from the beach, this well situated and extended link detached bungalow has been in the hands of the same owner for many years and whilst appearing to have been generally well maintained it is fair to say that it would now benefit from some general updating and improvement. The comfortable accommodation comprises a generous sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are gardens to the front and rear and an adjoining store room/ workshop to the side of the bungalow. Off street parking at the front. EPC Rating band D.

For room sizes please refer to the floorplan.
