General Information
The Kalliness houses are conveniently situated right by the local shop & post office at Weisdale (Robinson & Morrison’s) which also sells fuel, just across the road from Loch of Hellister to the east, the bus stop by the shop being on the Lerwick – West Mainland service which provides a morning and evening commuter service, plus several additional services in between. The local primary school is at Whiteness about a mile to the south of the house. Here there is also a public hall, football pitch and snooker club, with a second local shop (J & K Andersons) about a mile further on. To the north of the property, on the Kergord Road, is Bonhoga Gallery & café. The location is convenient for access to Brae and Sullom Voe as the main road north can be re-joined by continuing from Kalliness to the Head of Weisdale Voe, then taking the Kergord road.

The shore of Weisdale Voe lies just to the west of the Kalliness house.

The house has double glazed uPVC windows and is heated by electric storage heaters. The sale will include all carpets and other fixed floor coverings, and the light fittings, along with the cooker and fridge / freezer in the kitchen. Accommodation
