The fabulous cottage is located in the small hamlet of Lamorrick on the outskirts of Lanivet. Lanivet is unusual in Cornwall in having a village green. Nestled in a tranquil location, Lanivet is in the very centre of the county and equidistant from both North and South coasts. The A30 is close by providing good access to the M5 at Exeter approximately 60 minutes away, Bodmin Parkway mainline station between Penzance and London Paddington is approximately 10 mins drive away and Newquay airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away.

From Bodmin take the A389 towards Lanivet. Enter the 40 mph speed limit at Lamorrick and at the bottom of the hill turn right to drop down into the hamlet. Go over the bridge and Pendale will be seen after a short distance on the right hand side.
