Process
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee and also a Guarantor. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we will need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.
Move in
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with dps and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found.
