As a previous occupant, I know first hand how lovely Leighton Court is. The development is surrounded by greenery with a mix of residents including families, professional couples and University professors.

The flat itself is located in the rear block so set well away from the road and best of all the private balcony is south facing and overlooks the communal gardens. Enough space for a small table and chairs or sun lounger and some pot plants. A really peaceful setting perfect to relax, sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
