Village Road, Christleton, Chester CH3

Description
An excellent family home in the heart of the village of Christleton.

Description
The Lilacs occupies an elevated position in the heart of Christleton, set back from Village Road. The paved driveway provides ample parking and access to the garage.

The accommodation opens into a welcoming entrance hall, off which the principal reception rooms are centred and there are stairs to the first floor.

To the left of the hall is the dining room which has a beautiful bay window overlooking the front and also windows to the side, allowing plenty of natural light.

Double doors from the dining room open in to the sitting room, another bright space which has French doors to the rear garden. Also at the rear of the house (and with another set of French doors) is the kitchen which has a large dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of units, a central island and several integrated appliances.

A storage cupboard and cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor the principal bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has an en suite bathroom (with separate shower). There are two further double bedrooms on this floor, and a large family bathroom. In addition, there is a study, which could also be used as a fifth bedroom if required.

On the second floor is Bedroom Four - a superb space with Velux windows and eaves storage.

The garden at The Lilacs is lovely. The terrace has plenty of space for an outdoor table and chairs and there is a small lawn with pretty borders.
