Leading off the hallway is the bedroom with a comfy king size bed, Freeview TV, built in wardrobes and plenty of drawers for storage. Hotel style white bed linen and towels are provided.
The living space is open plan and functional, with the kitchen coming off the living room, so you can cook and socialise at the same time! The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, oven ad microwave.
There are two double sofas to relax on after a busy day exploring the city and a second larger TV. Home cooked meals can be enjoyed on table and chairs and tucked away by the window is a lovely office space for those who are working away from home.
The bathroom features a 3 piece white suite with shower over the bath.
*** Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel cot
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request. Do ensure you message before hand and we can arrange for them to be installed. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space that must be used if arriving by car. A parking disc must also be displayed. Parking wardens are out and about so failure to park in the designated space and without the parking disc will result in a parking fine.
