Comprising approximately 118 acres of gently rolling permament pasture and ridge and furrow the land at Woolscott is currently utilised for grazing purposes. Bordered by mature hedgerows and the River Leam to the part of the Southern boundary the land has an attractive outlook with road access points to the eastern and western boundaries. The majority of the land is ring fenced with one field located on the other side of the highway running adjacent to the eastern boundary of the land. Part of the land is currently occupied by a grazier and the licence is due to end on 1st December 2022.
A dilapidated former agricultural building is located on the eastern boundary.
