The flat is an easy 10-15 minute walk from North Greenwich Underground Station (Jubilee Line) with fast connections to the rest of London. Just next to the O2, you can enjoy show atmosphere with easy access to outlet shopping, various dining choices, and beautiful views of the water. North Greenwich is always busy with evening events and is known for its art and design village. Enjoy beautiful sculptures, walks, and unique architecture.
All bills included in rent (wifi, council tax, water) except gas and electricity which is paid every 3/4 months and split by each room in the flat. Gas and electricity costs are subject to use.

There are two bathrooms shared between three of the bedrooms in the flat.
The property is managed by city rooms. If the tenant is unhappy with the bedroom, city rooms will assist with relocation services where they will set you up in another room available free of charge.
