"I have loved living in this house and will be sad to leave. The house is less than a 10-minute walk to two stations (St James Street and Blackhorse Road), and a 5-minute walk to the High Street where you can grab a drink and a bite to eat in one of the many cafes and restaurants that have emerged in recent years. Alternatively, if you fancy a pint there are a number of breweries within easy reach along Blackhorse road, or Crate on St James Street is a stone's throw away. The house is also a 30 second walk to Stoneydown Park, a short stroll away from St James' Park (the field at the back is great for dog walks), and both Walthamstow Marshes and the Wetlands are within easily walkable distances. In addition, the house is surrounded by 3 primary schools all rated good by Ofsted, the area is very child and cycle friendly, and the neighbours are simply great which makes you feel part of a community (the annual street party is always good fun!). I will miss the house - and the community that comes with it - greatly."
