House For Sale £365,000
Lynton Road, Bedminster, Bristol BS3

Description
"Nearly five years ago we ventured south of the river for our first home. We have been very happy living on Lynton Road.
It has been great to be within walking distance to North Street and East Street and the many pubs and restaurants on those roads. We often visit Windmill Hill city farm and Victoria Park. The house is also walking distance to town, the harbourside and Temple Meads. There are several excellent primary schools within a short walk. The side access has been brilliant for grabbing the bike and cycling to work. A driveway means you never have to worry about parking. The bedrooms are all good sizes and been great for family and friends staying over. The south facing garden is amazing in the summer with lots of space for kids to run about and friends to come over and enjoy barbeques. The large shed and the loft provide plenty of storage. We have good neighbours on either side and opposite.
We found the house full of character and it has been perfect to start our family in and we hope someone else enjoys it as we have."

Lynton Road is between Bedminster & Windmill Hill, having the perfect combination of independent shops, cafes & restaurants, as well as open green spaces. Towards Bedminster, there is the vibrant North Street, housing a diversity of independents, such as the Albatross Cafe, the highly regarded Kask, as well as Oowee Diner. On from this, the Tobacco factory, a cultural hub of South Bristol, is just a 20-minute walk away with a great line-up of shows. Just a small walk away from North Street, you will find yourself at Wapping Wharf, with amazing eateries including Wild Beer Co., Root and Seven Lucky Gods. Towards the east of the house, you come across the vast Victoria Park, which is a hive of activity for families, joggers and those looking to socialise. For commuters and young professionals, the house is also well-located, within walking distance of the City Centre and Temple Meads Station and major employers around the Harbourside and Temple Quay. The area also has some well-regarded shops, cafes and pubs, such as The Victoria Park and Park Bakery, with the popular shops and cafes of Totterdown just a short walk away.

Upon entry to this three-bedroom mid-terraced home, you are met by an entrance hall that leads through to the living room that houses wooden floorboards, an open fire, as well as bespoke-fit wooden shelving to either side of the chimney breast. The kitchen runs off the living room, and has a u-shaped kitchen with a plentiful supply of cupboard and work surface space. Next to the stairs is this family bathroom with floor to ceiling block white tiles. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, one very large double and two other bedrooms that can accommodate a double bed, alongside having loft access offering storage space. There is a well-proportioned southerly facing garden that has a large shed at the back and side access, making it an ideal place to store bicycles. To the front of the property, there is a front garden and driveway for off street parking.
